Establish a Morning Routine
The way we start our morning sets the tone for the rest of the day. A calm morning leads to a calm day. If you are able, be the first to rise. Ease into the morning. Take a moment to breathe. Drink some coffee or a glass of water. Pick up any messes throughout the house. Prepare breakfast. Make your bed. Start a load of laundry.
With these simple tasks completed, you will have taken care of yourself, made your bedroom nicer, decluttered, finished breakfast, and began washing clothes. Look at how much you have chiseled off your to-do list and all before 9:00 A.M.
Clean as You Go
