Each week in Music Together classrooms around the world, babies, toddlers, preschoolers, big kids—and the grownups who love them®—gather to make music as a community.  Our early childhood music classes give families with children from birth through age 8 the chance to get in touch with their inner musicians and connect with other families.
We’re on a mission to make the world a better place by making it more musical™. And you can be part of it by joining one of our music classes in your neighborhood!

Nanno (www.nanno.com) is the first true on-demand babysitting app, giving parents a way to book fully vetted sitters and nannies using a simple on-demand platform. Nanno was founded by two career-driven moms who saw how much childcare uncertainty limited them and their peers in their professional pursuits. Seeing no satisfactory options for flexible, on-demand childcare, they built one. As professional problem-solvers, they built the solution they knew they needed. As moms, they took extra care to ensure that the platform’s vetting process is best-in-class, for both caregivers and parents.

Pikes Peak Christian School (PPCS) is an accredited coeducational private Christian school for children two years old through high school from all walks of life. PPCS was founded as a ministry by members of the Eastside Church of Christ in 1981 to serve the Colorado Springs area.

Our Mission is to provide a quality, Bible-based education taught by Christian teachers in a safe and compassionate environment. We strive to identify and develop the academic, social, and spiritual potential of each student in partnership with God and family. What makes us different than other schools? We are Student Focused, and utilize Christ-centered Curriculum. At PPCS your child’s education is not dictated by a “one size fits all” curriculum, or by test-driven mandates. Instead we use a variety of proven publishers and programs (both Christian and secular) to provide the most relevant and effective academic material at each grade level. Our entire curriculum is presented through a Biblical worldview by our Christian staff in a way that challenges and enables students to think critically and develop important skills while encountering the incredible God who created and sustains everything.

Biblically Based, Meaningful Character Formation: At PPCS we go beyond efforts to develop “good people” with basic character education. We teach, model, and develop the timeless values and truths established in the Bible and lived out by Jesus Christ that impact the very hearts of our students. We do so through mentoring, classroom instruction, regular chapel experiences, small groups, service activities, and accountability actions.  Through our partnering with parents, local churches, and the community, spiritual character development is not just a program but a way of life for our staff and students.

Whole Person, Whole Education: At PPCS education is not a singular objective or a fast track to the next phase in life. We strongly believe that education is more than just academics because it involves the whole person – heart, soul, body, and mind. That is why we provide our students as many opportunities as possible to develop their social, physical, and emotional skills in addition to academics. Through programs in the fine arts, athletics, clubs, and many other extracurricular activities, students can develop their God-given abilities, learn teamwork, and enjoy new experiences to help build their whole person.

What We Value and Our Goals

Christ-centered excellence
Exceptional, personal academics
Christian character development
Caring, respectful relationships
Preparation for college and life

For over 16 years I have been connecting families with live-in childcare that has a cultural exchange and foreign language twist that benefits the whole family. Choosing the right childcare is not an easy decision. Because as parents, we don’t ever want to compromise on quality, flexibility and trust when finding care for the most important people in the world. And now, it’s even more challenging to find safe and reliable care on a schedule that works for your family. Hosting a Cultural Care au pair gives thousands of families across the country those very important benefits. Learn more about who our au pairs are, what they do, and why more families than ever are joining our program.

An au pair is a young adult from overseas who lives with your family on a legal visa for up to two years and provides childcare in exchange for a weekly stipend, room and board, and an opportunity to become part of an American family. Over time, an au pair becomes a trusted support for the parents at home, and a beloved and consistent caregiver for your children.

Facts about au pairs:

  • Au pairs come from 20+ countries around the world
  • All au pairs are between the ages of 18-26 when they arrive in the U.S.
  • Au pairs stay for a minimum of 12 months and have the option to extend for 6, 9, or 12 months with the same family or a new one
  • Most au pairs are women (but we have amazing male au pairs as well!)
  • Au pairs can provide up to 45 hours of childcare per week (up to 10 hours per day)
