As an outreach ministry for Family Life Services, Women of Courage seeks to offer healing opportunities and life skills development to single moms and their children. For over 20 years this ministry has provided a supportive community of mentors and peers to those coping with overwhelming challenges. Women of Courage provides for basic needs as well as offering mentoring, spiritual teachings and discipline, an “extended” family environment, referral services, and regular monthly meetings for both moms and kids.
Colorado Springs Parents of Multiples (CSPOMS) is a group of parents of twins, triplets, and more who are joined together to support each other through the challenges and joys of raising multiples. This is a volunteer-run organization that supports our members in the Pikes Peak Region through sharing our experiences, scheduling subject matter experts and socializing. At Foreknown Ministries, we walk with moms and dads to help them find healing after losing a child through pregnancy and infant loss. We know that joy can come after mourning. Sound bold?
