Before becoming a mom, I was active in endurance sports and have a daily yoga practice. I believe one of the most important aspects of growth is making healthy lifestyle choices. I have a passion for working with moms, as I believe it is the most important role one can have in this life. It is also the most rewarding and the most challenging role.

I have worked for over 20 years as a social worker/therapist and have seen people transform their lives through the work I have been privileged to witness and be a part of with them. I am trained in traditional CBT, Motivational Interviewing and DBT, Gottman (Bringing Baby Home), Postpartum Support International (Perinatal Needs) certifications as well as Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Informed Yoga and EMDR. I offer my time, skills, presence and perspective with you so that you will learn what you need to feel fulfilled and gain skills that will bring about happiness in your life.
