Colorado Springs Parents of Multiples (CSPOMS) is a group of parents of twins, triplets, and more who are joined together to support each other through the challenges and joys of raising multiples. This is a volunteer-run organization that supports our members in the Pikes Peak Region through sharing our experiences, scheduling subject matter experts and socializing. As an outreach ministry for Family Life Services, Women of Courage seeks to offer healing opportunities and life skills development to single moms and their children. For over 20 years this ministry has provided a supportive community of mentors and peers to those coping with overwhelming challenges. Women of Courage provides for basic needs as well as offering mentoring, spiritual teachings and discipline, an “extended” family environment, referral services, and regular monthly meetings for both moms and kids.

Located at 5118 N Nevada Avenue, Clean Eatz in Colorado Springs is a healthy food restaurant that offers a variety of delicious and affordable options for our customers. Our dine-in cafe menu includes burgers, wraps, flatbreads, meltz, build your own bowls, smoothies and more.
We also provide a weekly meal plan service, with a new menu going live on the website every Tuesday. You simply place your online order, pick up your meals at Clean Eatz in Colorado Springs, take them home, and then just heat and eat. began roughly 12 years ago with the name “Sunrise” squarely in Dr. Pamela Casson’s sights. Sunrises happen at the beginning of the day, each one is unique and beautiful, and an amazing sunrise can set the tone for the rest of the day (plus, for her, Christ was called the “sunrise”). Sunrise Peds is convinced that really, really strong, personalized pediatric care, done right, can set a bouncing baby, adolescent, or teenage boy or girl up for health, monitor their medical needs and give families confidence that they’re in expert hands to stay healthy as they grow.
We love our patients and their families, and prioritize treating them with respect, understanding, and compassion that they most definitely deserve!
