In 2013, EDCare expanded our evidence-based eating disorder treatment program into Southern Colorado. EDCare Colorado Springs offers an Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (EIOP) to any adult 18 years and older, who require more than weekly outpatient therapy sessions. The program runs four nights a week for 4 hours each night.

As an effort to meet the ongoing needs of patients and their families in Colorado Springs, EDCare opened their first Adolescent Outpatient Program (AIOP) in 2019. This gender inclusive program is offered after regular school hours to teenagers, ages 14-17.

EDCare’s eating disorder treatment in Colorado Springs involves intensive, skills-based sessions to assist individuals in every stage of recovery.

Levels of Care

• Outpatient and Aftercare Services 

The program allows individuals suffering from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating or Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders (OSFED) the opportunity to participate in both recovery and daily responsibilities, such as work or school.

Through our unique CAMSA® treatment model, patients learn how to interrupt destructive behavioral patterns, tackle fears, take on new challenges and integrate lasting, positive changes into their lifestyle. EDCare Colorado Springs offers total mind-body recovery.

We at Exceptional Care for Women pride ourselves on providing outstanding, patient-focused healthcare for women of all ages. Because we are located on the area’s newest medical facility campus — the state-of-the-art St. Francis Medical Center — our patients have access to all of the services of the hospital, as well as the Birth Center, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and the Women’s Surgical Center (a full service surgery center dedicated exclusively to women’s care). We have a full-time RN on staff to handle triage and urgent calls. We provide in-office ultrasounds and are AIUM certified. We look forward to introducing you to the way we’re redefining Exceptional Care — for women just like you.

Gather Food Studio was created to be an inclusive food community based on learning, sharing and doing. We offer cooking classes to suit any need; whether you’re looking for laughter or classic techniques, we have a class for you! We also love offering other services based around food – kids cooking class parties, recipe development, “fix-a-recipe”, food styling, private dinner parties, knife sharpening and more.

My Gym was born out of our passion to teach children in a fun, physically engaging environment. We delighted in seeing children’s eyes light up for all those incredible milestones, from the tentative first steps to tumbling down soft mats. Sharing the parents’ excitement at their children’s accomplishments was the high point of our day.
