iStroll is the ultimate 60 minute stroller workout made by athletes for parents.

iStroll incorporates running, HIIT, body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and a stroller to give both moms and dads an intense but scale-able full body workout.

You’ll be pushed to your edge right before getting reeled back in so you can go some more, while keeping babies moving and happy! Lead by professionals iStroll advocates for an encouraging, judgement-free zone where all parents from different backgrounsd and fitness levels, feel welcomed.

iStroll, however, is more than a workout class. It is a place to meet other parents with similar interests who are also in the same difficult life stage of raising little ones!

Your local iStroll will host weekly and/or monthly events outside the workout classes as opportunities for families to get out of the house and meet and socialize with one another.
