The City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department Youth Sports Program philosophy is to instill a positive attitude, sportsmanship, basic fundamentals, confidence, and high moral standards. Youth Sports Programs develop the physical, psychological, and social aspects for youth. Our programs emphasize participation, fun, sportsmanship, and promotes a non-competitive, recreational approach to sports. Participants, parents, and coaches are expected to support this value system.

Sign ‘n Grow offers Baby Sign Language classes for parents & babies in an exciting, interactive learning environment! Our singalong, mommy-and-me style classes help you foster your child’s language development, ease frustration, and promote bonding through early communication.

Classes are in small groups and are offered both online and in Colorado Springs. Colorado Springs classes are held at a residence in 80923 (exact address is emailed upon signup).

Savvy Keys is a small music studio located in central Colorado Springs offering private piano and cello lessons at $15 per half hour, as well as a group music class for kids ages 3-5 at $10 per half hour class. Savvy Keys strives to be flexible and work around the clients’ schedules, to work with each student as an individual and adjust her teaching accordingly, while trying to develop in the students a love for, and enjoyment of music, rather than just the ability to make it. Parents can expect their kids to to be introduced to reading music, rhythm, interpreting and expressing the music, ear training, finger exercises, and theory. My Gym was born out of our passion to teach children in a fun, physically engaging environment. Space Foundation Home Study Program

This school year will have a different meaning to the word “Homeschool.” We at Space Foundation Discovery Center will spend this year considering EVERY student a “Home Study” student, whether in school, attending virtually or enrolled in a formal homeschooling program. Space Foundation Discovery Center’s Home Study Program will focus on how we will be assisting parents and families to educate their K-12 students in Science Standards through Space as a lens for the 3 Sciences: Earth & Space, Physical, and Life Sciences.

TOT Weekly Preschool Classes
Weekly classes are the core of our Preschool Program!
Every week a TOT instructor will teach your child athletics, academics, and agility. The classes are focused around improving your child’s physical and mental growth through movement and music. TOT uses the perfect mixture of physical movement, hand-eye coordination, and brain use to maximize the growth of your preschooler.

Each TOT Superstar will have the opportunity to perform twice during the year.
First at a TOT Halftime Performance. Your child will get the opportunity to perform at mid-court showing off all their new TOT ball handling and dribbling skills! We are not sure who gets a bigger kick out of this event… the kids or the parents! It is a blast watching your child on the court!

We end the year with our TOT Preschool Program Grand Finale, our Shine Time Exhibit.
