DATE NIGHT IDEAS

Now that your kids are off having a blast, it’s time to find something fun to do for date night. Here are date night suggestions from several of our Co Springs Mom contributors. Be sure to also check out Kellee’s Year of Dates post for even more date night ideas.

The Golden Bee

“My husband and I love that it’s actually an 1880s pub that was shipped panel by panel to Colorado Springs. Such history! We also love the crackers and pub cheese and the servers’ bee-throwing tradition. It’s just fun.”

~ Ashley H.

1 Lake Ave, Colorado Springs, 80906

Dos Santos

“My husband and I always choose Dos Santos on date night. It’s such a fun environment with the best margaritas and of course, tacos! I’d be lying if I said I don’t dream about those Chicken Tinga Chips!”

~ Richelle

70 E Moreno Ave, Colorado Springs, 80903

Roadhouse Cinemas

“We go for dinner and a movie at the same time and they have gluten-free options for my husband. The chairs in the theater recline have heaters, and it is two seats per section in the theater so perfect for date night. They also have arcade games and a bar for after if you want.”

~ Jenn

3030 N Nevada Ave Ste B, Colorado Springs, 80907

Mona Lisa

“I absolutely love the cellar at the Mona Lisa in Manitou. It’s smaller than the restaurant upstairs and offers a good, low-key atmosphere. They do live music on most Saturdays! My husband and I have gotten dessert fondue and it’s amazing.”

~ Kellee

733 Manitou Ave, Manitou Springs, 80829

Phantom Canyon

“My husband and I like to go get drinks and an appetizer to share at Phantom Canyon.  We then play pool or darts for fun! “

~ Katie

2 E Pikes Peak Ave, Colorado Springs, 80903

Manitou Penny Arcade / The Cliff House

“The Manitou Penny Arcade is always a fun option. If you want a splurge, have dinner first at The Cliff House — a fun, historic hotel nearby. Once, we even stayed the night.”

~ Ashley H.

306 Cañon Ave, Manitou Springs, CO 80829

Top Golf

“If you’re free on Tuesdays, Top Golf is the place to go! They do 1/2 price Tuesdays, which means a relatively cheap date night – even if you don’t golf, it’s fun!”

~ Kellee

165 Spectrum Loop, Colorado Springs, 80921

Cosmo’s Magic Theater

“A mix of magic and comedy. Cosmo’s Magic Theater is the real deal.”
