Food Truck Tuesdays at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum

Enjoy a tasting lunch from local food trucks on the Museum’s West Lawn every Tuesday from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, May 17th. This year, Food Truck Tuesday will feature a total of 24 food trucks rotating throughout the season. Details Here.

Social Media

Checking social media is the best way to locate your favorite food trucks and to find out their business hours. Many food trucks utilize Facebook and Twitter to post their location, schedules and sometimes their daily or weekly menu. Some trucks have regular locations while others move around to attend special events or to reserve a spot at local brewery.

Often the local breweries will post a food truck schedule so that’s another place you can check.  You are welcome to visit the food truck, even if you choose not to drink at the brewery.
