Details: Join us for one of Downtown Colorado Springs favorite traditions, the 2020 Holiday Stroll. Local store owners are offering extended hours and many will have sales, special offers, and refreshments while you shop. Stroll our beautifully lit Downtown, enjoy familiar holiday tunes from strolling carolers and musicians.

Plus, Santa himself will be out and about doing a little shopping, listening to wish lists, and posing for (socially-distanced) kphotos. Come down from 4-8 p.m. for holiday fun!

Details: Celebrate holiday lights and cheer during Electric Safari with 85 light sculptures on over 50 acres! Warming fires throughout the Zoo offer a reprieve from the chill, as do select indoor animal exhibits that remain open during the event. Top off this astounding display by gazing out at the city’s lights and watch all of Colorado Springs sparkle.

Santa Zone:

  • Santa will be available for photos and to hear wishes as he travels around the Zoo during evenings through Wednesday, Dec. 23. Indoor visit and photo opportunities will not be available.

Details: Forest Bend Farm is taking all necessary precautions to help you have a safe and healthy visit to the farm. We will have a hand washing station as well as numerous bottles of hand sanitizer around property. Also, we have created kits for cookies, s’mores, and crafts to ensure cleanliness and the possibilities of completing at home instead of on property. We have created more wooden tokens allowing for each token to only be touched by one guest each night. At the end of each event, we will sanitize all commonly touched surface.

Details: Visit Santa at Santa’s Workshop, a Christmas-themed family amusement park. Meet Santa and ride on more than two dozen kid-friendly rides. Due to the closure of certain rides, discounted tickets are available, but they must be purchased online in advance. Santa is in his house when the park is open, although he does take a lunch break around 12:30 for a half an hour. His helpers will be glad to take a digital picture with you.

Details: We’ve all seen the movie and read the book! Now experience the train that takes you to meet Santa Claus himself at the magical North Pole. The Santa Express Train is a winter wonderland, where children of all ages are encouraged to wear cozy pajamas and relax with family and friends on a journey you’ll treasure year after year. As the Santa Express train travels to the North Pole, sing along to a mix of new and old Christmas music playing, while enjoying delicious, locally sourced entrees available on every Santa Express class of service.

On the way to the North Pole, we’ll keep your family entertained, while you nibble on cookies and sip hot cocoa. When the Santa Express Train reaches the North Pole, Santa and his special Elves board the train to pass out a special holiday bell to each ticketed child as he makes his way through the train.

Enjoy complimentary Hot Chocolate at the base of the Falls.

Be sure to stop by the holiday themed “Selfie-Station” all day with Gingerbread men and Lollipops at the Aspen Glade in the canyon.
