Summer means one thing: It’s time for pools, splash pads, and water fun in Colorado Springs.

If you are having a hard time figuring out the best places to take your little swimmers, check out our summer swim spots below.

SPLASH PADS

Deerfield Hills Community Center Sprayground
4290 Deerfield Hills Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80916
June 1 – August 7
11:30 a.m.-5 p.m. on Wednesdays; 10 a.m.-5 p.m. every other day
August 8 – September 5
Friday – Sunday 10am-5pm

First And Main Town Center

Julie Penrose Fountain at America the Beautiful Park

Uncle Wilbur Fountain at Acacia Park

Hours: Every day, noon-6 pm.

The Water Hole at Venezia Park

Guest Fees (Ages 18-years and older please show photo ID.)
$12 Adult (ages 18 & over)
$10 Youth (ages 3-17)
$40 Family*
*Family Rate is intended for two adults in the same household and four children ages 3-17. Children 2 years old and under are free.

  1. Hi. I called lifetime and they stated it’s not free for the first time at this location unfortunately.

    • We just checked the YMCA website and it appears that the Memorial Park YMCA is still undergoing renovations. 🙁

  2. Does anyone know why they post lifeguards at the splash pads? They can be a bit overbearing sometimes 😬
