Co Springs Mom Collective is excited to announce our fifth annual holiday family event, Santa at the Market: a Cookies with Santa event happening on two separate dates this year – Sunday, December 4th, and Sunday, December 11th at Hillside Gardens & Event Center.
HOLIDAY FUN
Attending families will enjoy cookie decorating, hot cocoa, and holiday activities from our participating event sponsors. Of course, there will be a visit from the big guy himself along with a professional Santa photo op for each family. Guests will also participate in a Santa scavenger hunt for the chance to win some festive prizes. Santa at the Market will also provide guests the opportunity to shop Hillside’s Christmas Market filled with creative and unique holiday vendors.
SENSORY SANTA EXPERIENCE
This year we are introducing one Sensory Santa Experience time slot specifically for families of little ones who would benefit from a calmer experience that is free from the sights and sounds of our main event. Our Sensory Santa attendees will come before the main event begins and receive a photo with Santa along with a goodie bag filled with items from our participating sponsors. The goodie bag will also include a take-home cocoa packet and cookie decorating kit to enjoy at a later time.
SANTA SCAVENGER HUNT
Each family attending will have the opportunity to search for various hidden Santas throughout the venue for a chance to win some festive prizes. Can you find all of the Santas at the market?
TWO DATES TO CHOOSE FROM
Our daytime event on Sunday, December 4th includes one Sensory Santa session that takes place before the main event, as well as three main event sessions to choose from.
Our evening event on Sunday, December 11th includes two main event sessions to choose from. Feel free to wear your Christmas jammies.

Ticket Price:
- General Admission Ticket: $12/person – this ticket option is for ALL GUESTS ATTENDING – Children 12 months and older –and– Adults
- Infant Ticket: Infants 11 months and under are FREE
- EVERYONE ATTENDING (CHILDREN & ADULTS) MUST HAVE A TICKET.
All-inclusive tickets include the following:
- Access to the event and all activities (cookie decorating, hot cocoa, holiday crafts and games, letters to Santa, Christmas market, giveaways & more)
- Professional, downloadable photo with Santa (one/family). Photos provided by Life Photography by Melissa and Moments by Kati.
*This event will happen “snow or shine.” The event is set to take place outside at Hillside Gardens. No refunds will be issued.

Please note all of the details below as you prepare to purchase tickets:
- Everyone attending MUST have a ticket. We need to keep a strict count of all people (parents, children and babies) who will be in attendance for planning purposes.
- Tickets will be $12/person, Adults and Children 12 months & older (+ taxes/fees)
- Our FREE “infant ticket” is strictly for 11 months & younger only
- Each ticket is all-inclusive and includes the following:
- Meet and Greet with Santa
- Sweet treats and drinks
- Holiday crafts and activities thanks to our generous sponsors
- One digital photo with Santa per family to be sent one week following the event via email.
- Our event takes place on two separate days and we will have specific time slots to choose from. Please make sure that you select the tickets for the time slot that you would like to attend as the tickets are not interchangeable between the sessions.
- Once the event has sold out, we will open up our waitlist. We highly suggest adding your name to it, as we are often able to use it!
*Disclaimers: No tickets will be sold at the door, and you must be registered to attend so that we can plan accordingly. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO RAIN CHECKS. THIS EVENT WILL HAPPEN RAIN, SNOW OR SHINE. Tickets are transferable but not refundable. Photos will be taken at the event and of attendees for use on the blog and on social media by Co Springs Mom Collective and sponsors. If you would not like your photos to be used, please notify us at check-in at the event.
A few important things to know about the event day:
- Check-in begins 10 minutes before your session time. You will not be allowed to enter the event any earlier than this, as sponsors will be setting up and/or the session prior to you will be wrapping up.
- We do not have room for strollers at this event, babies and toddlers will need to be worn or held. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Upon check-in, each family will be given an assigned time slip, which includes an assigned 10-minute window for your family to visit and take their professional photo with Santa. Please only one photo/family. Not to worry–there will be cookie decorating, crafts and games to fill your time while you wait to see Santa!
- No need to print your tickets – you can show them at the door as you arrive. Personal details such as your address may be used for verification on entry.
- Your family’s Photo with Santa will be uploaded to an online gallery and ready for digital download within one week of the event.
