Co Springs Mom Collective is excited to announce our fourth annual holiday family event, Donuts with Santa, happening this year on Sunday, December 5th at the Hearth House! We invite your families to join us as we spend the day with Santa and his elves!

Fun in Santa’s Workshop

Families will arrive at Santa’s workshop and kids will assist with toy building and package making. They will also take part in sensory fun at the Jingle Bell Square, make reindeer food and play several outdoor Reindeer Games, and head to the Klaus Kitchen for donut decorating and hot cocoa. Of course, there will be a visit from Santa, as well as family photos with the big guy himself.

Four Sessions to Space Out Guests

This year’s event will have four different sessions:

(Session 1) 10:00AM-11:30AM, (Session 2) 11:45AM-1:15PM, (Session 3) 1:30PM-3:00PM, and (Session 4) 3:15PM – 4:45PM.

Each session will have a smaller, more intimate experience as you enjoy crafts, activities, donuts, and a visit (and photo) with Santa!

Ticket Info

  • General Admission Ticket: $12/person – this ticket option is for ALL GUESTS ATTENDING – Children 12 months and older –and– Adults
  • Infant Ticket: Infants 11 months and under are FREE
  • EVERYONE ATTENDING (CHILDREN & ADULTS) MUST HAVE A TICKET.

All-inclusive tickets include the following:

  • Access to the event and all activities (donut decorating, hot cocoa bar, holiday crafts and games, letters to Santa, fun Christmas music, storytime, giveaways & more)
  • Professional, downloadable photo with Santa (one/family)

*This event will happen “snow or shine.” The event is set to take place indoors at the Hearth House Venue. No refunds will be issued.

Please note all of the details below as you prepare to purchase tickets:

  • Everyone attending MUST have a ticket. We need to keep a strict count of all people (parents, children and babies) who will be in attendance for planning purposes.
  • Tickets will be $12/person, Adults and Children 12 months & older (+ taxes/fees)
  • Our FREE “infant ticket” is strictly for 11 months & younger only
  • Each ticket is all-inclusive and includes the following:
    • Meet and Greet with Santa
    • Sweet treats and drinks
    • Holiday crafts and activities thanks to our generous sponsors
    • One digital photo with Santa per family to be sent one week following the event via email.
  • We will have FOUR time slots to choose from: 10:00AM-11:30AM, 11:45AM-1:15PM, 1:30PM-3:00PM, or 3:15PM – 4:45PM. Please make sure that you select the tickets for the time slot that you would like to attend as the tickets are not interchangeable between the four sessions.
  • Once the event has sold out, we will open up our waitlist. We highly suggest adding your name to it, as we are often able to use it!

*Disclaimers: No tickets will be sold at the door, and you must be registered to attend so that we can plan accordingly. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO RAIN CHECKS. THIS EVENT WILL HAPPEN RAIN, SNOW OR SHINE. Tickets are transferable but not refundable. Photos will be taken at the event and of attendees for use on the blog and on social media by Co Springs Mom Collective and sponsors. If you would not like your photos to be used, please notify us at check-in at the event.

Things to know about the event day:

  • Check-in begins 10 minutes before your session timeYou will not be allowed to enter the event any earlier than this, as sponsors will be setting up and/or the session prior to you will be wrapping up.
  • We do not have room for strollers at this event, babies and toddlers will need to be worn or held. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Upon check-in, each family will be given an assigned time slip, which includes an assigned 10-minute window for your family to visit and take their professional photo with Santa. Please only one photo/family. Not to worry–there will be donut decorating, crafts and games to fill your time while you wait to see Santa!
  • No need to print your tickets – you can show them at the door as you arrive. Personal details such as your address may be used for verification on entry.
  • Your family’s Photo with Santa will be uploaded to an online gallery and ready for digital download within a week of the event.

** COVID-19 Disclaimer: The health and safety of our attendees, sponsors and volunteers is our top priority. This event will be held indoors and we ask that all unvaccinated guests, aged 3 and up, wear masks (you can briefly remove your mask if you want to for your photo with Santa). We are asking you to assess any symptoms you may have prior to attending. If you or any member of your family have symptoms of illness or have been in close contact with someone who has Covid-19, we ask that you stay home to help protect our community. In the case of illness, you can give your tickets to another family or you can contact  Co Springs Mom to see if we can give your tickets to a family on the event waitlist. We will do our best to find a family for your tickets. We cannot guarantee a refund for unused tickets. 

By purchasing a ticket and or attending an event you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of being exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending events.
